Our Service utilizes ElevenLabs TTS technology to provide high-quality voice synthesis services, primarily targeting educators and content creators.

2. Usage Limitations

• Free users have daily usage quotas for audio generation
• Generated audio files are automatically deleted after 24 hours
• No registration is required, but usage must comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Prohibited uses include generating illegal, harmful, defamatory, or rights-infringing content
• Malicious use or abuse of service resources is strictly prohibited

3. Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the text content they input and the audio content generated. Users warrant that they:

• Have the legal right to use the input content
• Will not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property or other rights
• Will not generate content that violates applicable laws and regulations
• Will not impersonate others or engage in fraudulent activities

4. Intellectual Property

All technology, design, trademarks, and copyrights of the VocalStage platform belong to us. Users retain intellectual property rights to their generated audio content, but grant us the right to:

• Temporarily store and process user content to provide the service
• Access content when necessary to maintain service quality and security
• Automatically delete user content after 24 hours

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures
• Accuracy or quality of generated content
• Any losses incurred by users from using the Service
• Availability of third-party services (such as ElevenLabs)
• Data loss or security issues

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms, and updated terms will be posted on the website and take effect immediately.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or in the state or federal courts located in California.
